2013 Student Design Outreach Program
Exhibition runs April 1-30. Skagit Valley high school artists learned how to design art for a client in this new program that provides funding to student artists and their schools for the top four designs created with this program. Funded by Walmart Foundation, you can see the student creations at the Museum of Northwest Art throughout the festival. A total of $2300 was awarded to students and schools through this program.
