October 13 2016
The public will see its first glimpse of our 2017 poster featuring the artwork of Trish Harding at the Unveiling Ceremony, sponsored by Heritage Bank, on Nov. 15 at Skagit Valley Gardens from 5:30 to 7 pm.
Also featured will be the clothing, mugs, magnets, mini-posters, eye catchers and trivets (just to name a few of the items) that Bergsma Galleries has designed for the 2017 festival. The official wine (Pasek Cellars), beer (Anacortes Brewery), cider (Tulip Valley Vineyard), jewelry (Warren Jewelers), chocolate (Forte Artisan Chocolates), and coffee (Fidalgo Bay Coffee Roasters) will make their debut that evening. In addition, attendees can see the 2017 official festival brochure by grafixCORP and get a look at the upgraded festival website currently being designed by Skagit Publishing.
Guests for the evening will be able to sample the wares of several area restaurants with the Taste of Skagit, including Max Dale’s Steak and Chop House, Olive Garden, Big Scoop Sundae Palace, Swinomish Casino and Lodge, Skagit River Brewery, and Willows Artisan Cafe.
Invitations to the event are available at Heritage Bank branches and at the Tulip Festival Office after October 17.
