Skagit Valley Tulip Festival’s Board of Directors has set March 29, 2012 for the festival kick-off celebration. The evening, sponsored by Peoples Bank, will feature live entertainment, scrumptious food and $5,000 in raffle items. Tickets are available to the public and cost $60 each.
